Biografía: 

PhD student (fourth year) at the Institute of Law and Technology of Masaryk university, Czech republic. Affiliated research at the Faculty of Informatics and Faculty of Law of Masaryk university. My PhD research is focused on the limits of the use of AI for decision making processes by public institutions where I am trying to find a balance between the effectivness of such tools, especially for the overburdened public institutions and the necessary minimal standards implied in the rule of law as well as fundamental rights for such processes. Besides my thesis I have worked on research projects on creation of several national and international civil online court schemes as well as research in the field of cybersecurity standards for public institutions.
