Biografía: 

Julia Dahlvik is a sociologist researcher and lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences FH Campus Vienna, Austria. Her research focuses on law and society, public administration, ombuds, and digitalization in these contexts. Her work has been published in numerous outlets. She is currently leading a research project on the digitalization of public services and the role of public ombuds in guaranteeing access to administrative justice in contexts of social inequality in selected countries in the Global South and North, funded by the Elise Richter program of the Austrian Science Fund (2023-2027). At the moment, Julia is a board member of the Research Committee on Sociology (RCSL) of the International Sociological Association and editorial member of the Austrian Sociological Journal. She was awarded two prizes for her dissertation (2012, 2015) and the RCSL Podgórecki Prize for outstanding scholarship (2024)
