Insurance: We recommend that each participant take out travel insurance, at his/her own cost, to cover possible accidents or illness. EU citizens, can obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) from their national social security administration. Due to the large number of visitors to the Institute each year, the IISL cannot be responsible for medical and hospital expenses.

Expenses: Accommodation, travel, lunch and dinner expenses shall be borne by the participants. 

Cancellation expenses: The IISL will not be responsible for cancellation expenses of the trip. We recommend that participants contract a cancellation insurance.

Cancellation: The IISL reserves the right to cancel the meeting for reasons of force majeure. If this is the case, the IISL will inform about its decision as soon as possible.
