Ulrike Schultz will present the book Gender and careers in the legal academy (Oñati International Series in Law and Society, Hart Publishing), which she has edited together with Gisela Shaw, Margaret Thornton and Rosemary Auchmuty. The event will be hosted online on 9 June at 4:00 pm CET. The discussants of the book will be Avrom Sherr (Professor Emeritus, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London), Susana Santos (University Institute of Lisbon) and Yuanshi Bu (University of Freiburg).

La profesora de Derecho Internacional Público de la UPV/EHU María Dolores Bollo Arocena ofrecerá la charla titulada Nacimiento y vida de la Corte Penal Internacional: Balance de los 20 años de actividad. Será el 3 de junio a las 16:00 horas. La charla ha sido organizada por el IISJ con la colaboración del Departamento de Igualdad, Justicia y Políticas Sociales del Gobierno Vasco.

La profesora Gema Varona, doctora investigadora permanente del Instituto Vasco de Criminología de la UPV/EHU, ofrecerá la charla titulada Justicia restaurativa: Reparación de violaciones graves de derechos humanos. ¿Es posible reparar el daño? La conferencia se enmarca en el programa de charlas de Derechos Humanos del IISJ, organizado con ayuda del Departamento de Igualdad, Justicia y Políticas Sociales del Gobierno Vasco.
