Cipriani, Giacomo
My name is Giacomo Cipriani. I graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Milan in July 2022 with a final grade of 110/110 and a thesis on the concept of obligation in Italian-German civil law in light of constitutional principles. Subsequently, I began collaborating as a teaching assistant with the Chair of Philosophy of Law at the Catholic University of Milan and the Chair of Private Law at the University of Milan. Currently, I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Catanzaro, where I study the concept of predictive justice from the perspective of hermeneutical philosophy.
