As of September 2026, Ms. Pilar Labarga is the Administrative Director of the IISL. Pilar has extensive experience in Human Resources within the industrial sector, where she has built her career around people management and development. She holds a law degree from the UPV and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.
