26 Aug 2021

Issue 4 of this year's Oñati Socio-Legal Series volume is out! Under the title "Minority families and the law: Interactions of ethnic, religious, and cultural minorities with law and state institutions", and edited by Prof. Iris Sportel of Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands), the issue comprises six contributions by a small but very diverse pool of authors, who analyze a very topical subject from a variety of angles and outlooks. According to Sportel, the issue "aims to investigate the interactions of minority families with law and state institutions from a socio-legal perspective, with a particular focus on issues relating to children".
