Biografía: 

Konstantin Skoblik is a researcher and academic specializing in the fields of criminal justice systems, human rights, Russian studies, sociology, and systems theory. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Law, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Law, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law. He is a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law, the University of Helsinki (Finland) and research fellow at the Next Society Institute, the Kazimieras Simonavicius University (Vilnius, Lithuania). His academic endeavors have been recognized with different awards, including the Oxford Russia Fellowship, the Russia Program's Fellowship (the George Washington University), and the Best Research Award from South-West State University.
