Last year I got the Juan Celaya grant, sponsored by the International Institute for the Sociology of Law (IISL), in order to develop the project called "The private political power: a sociological analysis of global economic law and a multi-level control legal proposal".

I had the chance to visit its library to look for some information and go into the core of my research. There, I could realize it contains an incredible collection of books really specialized in legal sociology. It was really worth visiting it as it was one of the most specialized libraries in social sciences I have ever been.

Additionally, I took part in a workshop where I could show my colleges the first impressions about my current investigations. Also I met some other international and reputable researchers of the Sociology Law area I keep in contact to for future collaborations.

IISL´s staff was absolutely professional and made me feel really comfortable and welcomed. Undoubtedly, Oñati is a nice place to focus on your task and work efficiently in a multicultural atmosphere. Definitely, it was really a great experience in a professional and also a personal way.
