El IISJ transmite su pésame a la familia y allegados de Victoria Cinto, fallecida el 30 de junio en San Sebastián a los 63 años. Como consejera de Justicia del Gobierno Vasco entre octubre de 2010 y diciembre de 2012, Cinto fue presidenta del Patronato del IISJ desde el 1 de abril de 2011 hasta el 19 de marzo de 2013.

Victoria Cinto era magistrada e integrante de la asociación Juezas y Jueces para la Democracia. Presidió entre 1999 y 2010 la Audiencia Provincial de Gipuzkoa y fue decana de los juzgados de San Sebastián. Actualmente era vocal del CGPJ.
