19 Abr 2018

The second workshop of the season at the IISL, Digital Family Justice: The journey from ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) to ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), has gathered around 25 academics from several countries. The workshop has been prepared by members of the Family subgroup of the RCSL Legal Professions Working Group and colleagues, and it is being chaired by Mavis Maclean (Oxford University) and Bregje Dijksterhuis (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). This group 's most recent publication, Delivering Family Justice in the 21st Century in the Hart Oñati Series, considered  the changes associated with austerity in a neo liberal policy landscape. They now wish to focus on how key aspects of these changes are providing the context for facilitating the rapid emergence of Digital Family Justice.

The weather is beautiful in Oñati at the moment, so, during their free time, the participants will also be able to visit the town and its several tourist attractions, monuments, and natural sites.
