Dear readers, The Institute is delighted to announce a new issue of its journal "Sortuz", after an extended period of inactivity due to unforeseeable causes. During this time, we have reflected collectively about this journal and the best new course that it should take. We are still implementing changes and improvements, however, the first measure was to get it back online, and this is the result. As usual, these papers are published within an Open Access policy, and we gladly invite you to share them and to spread the word about these papers and about "Sortuz". The call for papers is open, and contributions from emerging researchers in socio-legal matters are always welcome. We hope that you enjoy reading and sharing these interesting texts. Thank you,
