Third-year PhD student in Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), member of the Law and Society Research Group (GPDS-UFRGS), affiliated with the Laboratory for Empirical Legal Research (LaPED-UFRGS) and the Observatory of the Legal Consequences of Floods (OCJE/UFRGS). I am currently undertaking a six-month research stay at the University of Valencia, Spain.
