González Delgado, Pablo
Pablo González Delgado is a Colombian lawyer, researcher, and university lecturer. He is currently a PhD Candidate in Law at the National University of Colombia, where his doctoral research examines the relationship between social movements and law, focusing on legal mobilization and the impact of collective action on constitutionalism in Colombia. He also serves as Lecturer in Legal Sociology at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Colombia.
Professionally, he works as Legal Adviser to the Government Delegation in the Peace Dialogue Table with the Estado Mayor de los Bloques y Frentes (EMBF) at the Office of the High Commissioner for Peace of the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia, where he provides legal advice on matters related to International Humanitarian Law and constitutional law. His research interests include sociology of law, legal mobilization, critical legal studies, social movements, human rights, peacebuilding, and socio-environmental conflicts. He has published extensively on legal consciousness, constitutionalism, decolonial legal theory, and social movements in Latin America.
