The IISL will be responsible for all accommodation arrangements, and will provide collective transport for all participants who return this form fully completed before the deadline indicated. Transport will be provided from Bilbao airport and city or Zumarraga train station for arrival on TUESDAY 9 July (afternoon) and departure on SATURDAY 13 July (morning). APRIL 30th (reduced fee) or after April 30th and before MAY 31st 2013 (full fee) . Please complete the Registration on the web. You may also pay via the website, or for greater security you may prefer to print the payment section and send it with your signature by fax and/or ordinary mail (students, please include copy of your unemployment/student card).
El Instituto se encargará de hacer reservas de hotel y de organizar transporte colectivo desde el aeropuerto de Bilbao, Bilbao ciudad y la estación de tren de Zumárraga para todos los participantes que envíen el formulario debidamente cumplimentado antes de la fecha límite. Se organizará transporte desde el Aeropuerto de Bilbao / Bilbao centro y desde la estación de tren de Zumárraga para las llegadas el MARTES 9 de julio (tarde) y para las salidas el SABADO 13 de julio (a la mañana). La inscripción finaliza el 30 de ABRIL (tarifa reducida) y después del 30 de abril y antes del 31 de mayo de 2013 (tarifa general). Por favor, cumplimente el formulario en línea. Puede realizar el pago vía internet, o bien para mayor seguridad puede imprimir el apartado del pago y enviarlo firmado por fax y/o e-mail (los estudiantes deberán incluir una fotocopia del carnet de estudiante / y los desempleados el resguardo de la oficina del INEM).

ARRIVAL: The IISL will organize free transportation from Bilbao airport, Bilbao city and Zumárraga train station for those participants who return the Registration Form in good time. When you arrive at the airport or train station, the IISL driver will be holding a large Card with the initials and symbol of the Institute. We will contact you one week before the meeting to give you further details.You may also make your own arrangements, please see the information on our website [+info]. The Institute is not responsible for paying for such arrangements.
LLEGADA: El IISJ organizará un transporte colectivo gratuito desde el aeropuerto de Bilbao, Bilbao centro y desde la estación de tren de Zumárraga a Oñati , siempre que el asistente envíe el Formulario de Inscripción cumplimentado al IISJ dentro de los plazos establecidos. El conductor/a que será enviado desde Oñati se identificará llevando un cartel del IISJ con su anagrama. Nos pondremos en contacto individualmente con cada participante una semana antes de la celebración de la reunión, para dar a conocer qué tipo de transporte colectivo se ha organizado.
